A five-story residence condo that accommodates apartments of one, two, three and four bedrooms inviting various types of families to enjoy their living and sharing experiences. The building was designed to explore the view in a way all apartments have a facade to the sea.
The LED lights combined with strategies to gain natural light and ventilation provided a more Energy Efficient building and environmental friendly as passive design strategies were introduced to decrease the amount of energy used in a hot and humid climate.
