Feature 1
This is a project of a hospitality building with five stories located near big ponds that create landscaping with special views for all rooms and other areas of the building. The main concept is to explore a Caribbean aesthetic reviving and enhancing the rich culture of the local population and creating a relaxed and comfortable environment for all users.
Strategies to gain natural light and ventilation made a difference in the layout of the building, as well as the facade and materials selected at an early point of the scope.
